Apple Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup very cold orange juice
  • 1 cup very cold apple juice
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 3 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 apple slices, for garnish
Directions:
In blender, combine ingredients. Blend on High until frothy and thick. Pour into glasses, garnish with apple, and serve. Serves 2.
Per serving: 238 calories, 1g protein, 60g carbohydrate, 1g fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 12 mg sodium, 4 g fiber.
