Apricot Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple (golden delicious), peeled, cored & chopped
  • 1-cup apple juice
  • 4 apricots, fresh, pitted (skin optional)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 3/4-cups yogurt, plain
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • 1-Tablespoon honey
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree’
until smooth.

per 16 oz. serving
