Banana Cream Shake
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 4 Tbs. whipped cream, for garnish
Directions:
In blender, combine banana, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend on Low 20 seconds. add milk and yogurt; blend on High until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses, and top with whipped cream. Serves 2.
Per serving: 345 calories, 14g protein, 57g carbohydrate, 8g fat (5gsaturated), 57mg cholesterol, 193mg sodium, 2g fiber.
