Blueberry Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2Tbs. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
In blender, combine berries and yogurt on Medium 20 seconds, or until mixed well. Add milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon; blend on High until frothy. Pour into glasses, and serve. Serves 2.
Per serving: 323 calories, 8g protein, 61g carbohydrate, 7g fat (3g saturated), 21mg cholesterol, 109mg sodium, 5g fiber.
