Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen, peeled, and cut into chunks
  • 5 Tbs. creamy peanut butter
Directions:
In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on Low 20 seconds, then on Medium until thick and frothy. Pour into tall glasses, and serve. Serves 2.
Per serving: 627 calories, 17g protein, 89g carbohydrate, 26g fat (7g saturated), 16mg cholesterol, 314mg sodium, 7g fiber.
