Classic Fruit Smoothie
- 1 cup very cold orange juice
- 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
- 2 whole strawberries, for garnish
Directions:
In blender, combine the orange juice, bananas, and sliced strawberries. Blend on High speed until frothy. Pour into glasses; garish each with strawberry. Serves 2
Per serving: 184 calories, 3g protein, 45g carbohydrate, 1g fat (0g saturated), 0mg cholesterol, 3mg sodium, 5g fiber.
