Cran Raspberry Smoothie
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup raspberry sorbet
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 2 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup frozen orange segments
- 2 orange slices, for garnish
Directions:
In blender, whirl all ingredients on High speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses; garnish with orange. Serves 2.
Per Serving: 336 calories, 2g protein, 83 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 30 mg sodium, 5 g fiber.
