Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- pinch cinnamon
- 3 scoops dark-chocolate ice cream
- 2 tbs. chocolate syrup
Directions:
In blender, combine milk, banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon; blend on Low 20 seconds, or until smooth. Add ice cream and syrup, and blend on Medium until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, and serve with long spoons. Serves 2
Per serving: 1194 calories, 25g protein, 193g carbohydrate, 40g fat (15g saturated), 51mg cholesterol, 517mg sodium, 11g fiber.
