Fruity Soy Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups vanilla soy milk
  • 1 banana, peeled, chopped, and frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 6 tbs. sugar
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender, on Low, 20 seconds; increase to High; blend until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses. Serves 4
Per serving: 217 calories, 7g protein, 40g carbohydrate, 3g fat (0g saturated), 0mg cholesterol, 87mg sodium, 2g fiber.
