Lime Smoothie
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup fresh lime segments, frozen
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt, slightly softened
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 lime wedges, for garnish
Directions:
In blender, mix milk and segments 20 seconds on Medium. Add yogurt and juice; blend until thick and frothy. Pour into glasses; garnish with wedges. Serves 2
Per serving: 297 calories, 13g protein, 64g carbohydrate, 0g fat (0g fat (0g saturated), 9mg cholesterol, 197mg sodium, 4g fiber.
