Low Calorie Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, peeled, quartered and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
  • 1/3 cup silken tofu
  • 2 Tbs. frozen juice concentrate
Directions:
In blender, mix banana, strawberries, and soy milk on Medium 20 seconds. Add tofu and juice concentrate; blend until mixture is thick and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 2 Per serving: 154 calories, 7g protein, 31g carbohydrate, 2g fat (0g saturated), 0mg cholesterol, 99mg sodium, 3g fiber.
