Orange Mango Shake
- 2 very ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup orange sorbet
- 1 cup very cold apricot nectar
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 orange slices, for garnish
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on High until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange, and serve. Serves 2.
Per serving: 333 calories, 2g protein, 85 g carbohydrate, 1 g fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 8 mg sodium, 5 g fiber.
