Orange Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe Bartlett pear, cored, peeled, and chopped
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 cup very cold milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Directions:
In blender, combine pear, orange juice, and milk on Low, 20 seconds. Add ice cream, and blend on Medium until frothy. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 2.
Per serving: 367 calories, 8g protein, 50 g carbohydrate, 16g fat (10 g saturated), 84 mg cholesterol, 105 mg sodium, 6 g fiber.
