Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie
- 2 bananas, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate "instant breakfast" powder
- 2 tbs. smooth peanut butter
- 4 tbs. whipped cream
Directions:
In a blender, combine the bananas with the milk, "instant breakfast" powder and peanut butter.Whirl until frothy. Serve in tall glasses, garnishing each one with a puff of whipped cream. Serves 4.
Per serving: 177 calories, 8g protein, 24g carbohydrates, 7g fat (2g saturated), 9mg cholesterol, 120mg sodium, 2g fiber
