Plum Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ripe diced, peeled plums (any variety you like), frozen
  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe chunks
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup fat-free orange frozen yogurt
  • 2 slices lemon, for garnish
Directions:
In blender, mix ingredients on Low until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, and serve garnished with lemon slice. Serves 2
Per serving: 285 calories, 7g protein, 62g carbohydrate, 5g fat (3g saturated), 15mg cholesterol, 98mg sodium, 6g fiber.
