Raspberry Peach Smoothie
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup peach nectar
- 1 cup frozen raspberries plus a few extra, for garnish
- 2 cups diced fresh peaches, frozen
Directions:
Whirl yogurt and peach nectar in blender 20 seconds, or until smooth. pour into glasses. Scatter raspberries on top; serve. Serves 2
Per serving: 301 calories, 5g protein, 62g carbohydrate, 5g fat (3g saturated), 15mg cholesterol, 58mg sodium, 4g fiber.
