Strawberry Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries plus 2 whole strawberries, for garnish
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 ice cubes
Directions:
In blender, combine ingredients; blend on High until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish, and serve. Serves 2
Per serving: 149 calories, 6g protein, 29g carbohydrate, 3g fat (0g saturated), 0mg cholesterol, 20mg sodium, 7g fiber.
