Strawberry Papaya Smoothie
- 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup sliced strawberries plus 2 whole strawberries, for garnish
- 1 cup soy milk
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 ice cubes
Directions:
In blender, combine ingredients; blend on High until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish, and serve. Serves 2
