Wild Watermelon Smoothie
- 1 cup lemon sherbet
- 1 1/2 cups diced, unseeded watermelon
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
Directions:
Whirl all ingredients in blender or food processor on Medium until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve. Serves 2
Per serving: 156 calories, 1g protein, 40g carbohydrate, 0g fat (0g saturated), 0mg cholesterol, 1mg sodium, 1g fiber.
